Jilivo Terms and Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction & Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Jilivo ("Jilivo", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Jilivo website located at jilivo.online, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Jilivo platform. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Jilivo including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, roulette, baccarat, virtual sports, esports betting, and crash games.

Jilivo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of Jilivo after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version number and last-updated date displayed at the top of this document indicate the currently active version.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any service on Jilivo. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Jilivo takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and any funds held will be forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Jilivo is operated for players located in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Jilivo complies with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. Jilivo makes no representations about the legality of accessing the platform from locations outside Pakistan and takes no responsibility for players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited.

2.3 Registration Process

To register on Jilivo you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You may not register using a false identity, another person's identity, or fictitious information. Jilivo will act on the information provided at registration and any consequences of providing inaccurate information rest entirely with the player.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted one account on Jilivo. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Jilivo uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and funds withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Jilivo account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. Jilivo strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact Jilivo support immediately at support@jilivo.online. Jilivo will investigate promptly and take appropriate protective measures, but cannot guarantee recovery of any funds that may have been wagered or withdrawn before the breach was reported.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Jilivo may at any time request identity verification documents from any account holder. This is standard practice in the online gaming industry and is required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Requested documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your Jilivo account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance remaining in a closing account will be paid out to your registered payment method after all pending bets are settled and any applicable wagering requirements are verified. Jilivo reserves the right to close any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Jilivo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Jilivo does not accept third-party deposits — the payment method used for deposit must belong to and be registered in the name of the account holder.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit at Jilivo is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account withdrawal section at the time of the request. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and are communicated within your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Jilivo processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Mobile wallet withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within ten minutes of the request being approved. IBFT bank transfers generally clear within two to four hours depending on your bank's processing times. Visa/Mastercard refunds follow the timelines set by the card network and issuing bank.

Jilivo does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used for deposits on the account, or to methods that have been verified through the KYC process.

4.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider while funds remain in your Jilivo account is a violation of these Terms. Jilivo will suspend the associated account and withhold any balance pending resolution of the dispute. Proven fraudulent chargeback attempts will result in permanent account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Jilivo offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. These specific terms include but are not limited to: wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, maximum bet restrictions during wagering, expiry periods, and withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at Jilivo require the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) to be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires Rs 100,000 of qualifying bets to be placed before bonus-linked winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Jilivo reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to close any account, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing our bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using a bonus in a way that deliberately exploits a mathematical advantage, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or providing false information to qualify for a bonus.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically without compensation. It is your responsibility to review the expiry terms of any bonus you claim on Jilivo. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets placed on Jilivo are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the platform displays an acknowledgement reference number. Players are responsible for reviewing their bet slips carefully before confirming. Jilivo will not reverse a confirmed bet on grounds of player error.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type and market. These limits are displayed within each game or bet market before the stake is submitted. Jilivo reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to your account in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; a technical malfunction on Jilivo's platform affects the integrity of the outcome; odds or prices are published in error due to a manifest mistake; or the outcome is affected by circumstances outside the control of either the player or Jilivo, as determined by our trading team.

6.4 Esports and Virtual Sports

For esports markets, Jilivo follows results as officially announced by the relevant tournament organiser. For virtual sports, outcomes are generated by certified random number generators. In both cases, settled results are final and cannot be overturned on grounds of disagreement with the outcome.

6.5 System Errors

In the event of a system error, network failure, or any other technical issue that affects a game or bet in progress, Jilivo will investigate and apply a fair resolution based on available data at the time of the error. Jilivo is not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jilivo and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market offered on Jilivo.
• Using exploits, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Jilivo platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any such vulnerability must be reported to support@jilivo.online immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement to influence the outcome of a real-world event on which bets are offered on Jilivo.
• Using funds of unlawful origin to deposit or wager on Jilivo. The platform has AML procedures in place and suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Accessing Jilivo using a VPN or proxy to disguise your location or circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any Jilivo staff member or other player in any communication channel associated with the platform.
• Attempting to access any account other than your own, or any part of the Jilivo backend infrastructure that is not publicly accessible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Jilivo platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and the Jilivo brand name — is the intellectual property of Jilivo or its licensed providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, transmitted, or adapted in any form without prior written permission from Jilivo.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers on the Jilivo platform remains the intellectual property of those respective suppliers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform and its games for personal entertainment only. This licence does not include any rights to scrape, copy, or commercially exploit any content from Jilivo.

9. Privacy & Data

Jilivo collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Jilivo platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that document.

Jilivo uses your personal data to manage your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, provide customer support, and where you have opted in, to send you promotional communications about Jilivo's products and offers. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with service providers only to the extent necessary for platform operations and with regulatory bodies as legally required.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data held about you by Jilivo, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements. Such requests should be directed to support@jilivo.online.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jilivo's total liability to any player in connection with the platform and these Terms — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to Jilivo in the twelve months immediately preceding the claim.

Jilivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses including but not limited to: loss of winnings beyond the stated maximum liability; loss of data; loss of opportunity; or any loss arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.

The Jilivo platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. We will take reasonable steps to maintain availability and security but make no absolute guarantees in this regard.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Jilivo's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by Jilivo.

12. Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

Jilivo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an on-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to protect the integrity of the platform. Continued use of Jilivo after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

12.2 Suspension and Termination by Jilivo

Jilivo may suspend or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, funds may be withheld pending investigation and may not be returned if the investigation confirms a violation.

12.3 Termination by the Player

You may close your Jilivo account at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion is a separate process and subject to specific terms described in the Responsible Gaming section. Please note that voluntarily closed accounts with outstanding bonuses will have those bonuses forfeited at the point of closure.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute about any aspect of your Jilivo account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other matter, the first step is to contact our customer support team at support@jilivo.online or via WhatsApp/Telegram with full details of the issue. Jilivo aims to respond to all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve disputes within 7 business days wherever possible.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Jilivo's internal dispute resolution, you may escalate the matter through the channel specified in your account's terms at the time of registration. Jilivo will provide details of the applicable escalation pathway when responding to any unresolved complaint.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the licensing jurisdiction under which Jilivo operates. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of Pakistan.

13.3 Bet Settlement Disputes

Disputes regarding bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the settlement date. Jilivo's trading and settlements team will review the relevant data, including server logs and official event results, and issue a final ruling. The decision of Jilivo's internal review team is final in matters relating to bet settlement unless demonstrable system error can be established.
